Jordan Rose

Attorney

Jordan Rose is a Litigation Associate in the Atlanta office. Originally from Scranton, Pennsylvania, he utilizes his unique educational and legal background to successfully fight for those who have been mistreated.

Prior to joining the Leach Firm, Jordan practiced for several years at a boutique personal injury firm located in Atlanta. In this role, he aggressively litigated several dozen cases on behalf of the firm’s diverse client base all throughout the Atlanta region. He also worked on matters in the pre-litigation stage, as well as matters involving different practice areas, including franchise law issues, corporate liability, and contractual disputes.

Previously, Jordan worked at a prominent civil defense firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he defended insured and self-insured entities alike. Due to this experience on the defense side, he has extensive knowledge of the mindset and approach of some of the nation's largest insurance companies and similar corporate entities, as well as their attorneys.

Jordan earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School, where he received a merit-based scholarship to attend. While in law school, Jordan served as a Staff Editor for the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Journal while simultaneously working on the in-house counsel team for one of the world's preeminent global software companies headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He also gained significant civil and criminal litigation experience through his time working as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice (Vaccine Litigation Group) and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts (Cybercrime Unit).

Jordan earned a B.S. in Biology and a B.S. in Political Science from The Ohio State University. While at Ohio State, he rowed for the university’s crew team, volunteered for Special Olympics Ohio, and conducted several academic research projects.

Jordan is admitted to practice in Georgia and Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Outside of his practice, Jordan enjoys working out, writing, playing music, and everything to do with Ohio State athletics.
