Lexie Carmon

Lexie Carmon is an associate attorney in the Employment Law practice group at The Leach Firm in Atlanta, Georgia. She is admitted to the Georgia Bar. Her practice focuses on representing employees in workplace discrimination matters. Before joining The Leach Firm, Lexie’s practice focused on general liability matters including automobile negligence, premises liability, defamation, and workplace harassment claims. She represented insurance companies and insured clients in litigation arising from car accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, and reputational torts. Lexie also brings transactional law experience to her practice.

During her time at Emory University School of Law, Lexie participated in the Transactional Law Certificate Program, where she negotiated contracts and player trades for National Basketball Association teams in simulated transactions. She also interned at the National Football League, where she reviewed and drafted preseason game contracts and assisted with intellectual property matters involving licensing rights, work-made-for-hire claims, and cease-and-desist letters related to misuse of NFL club marks and counterfeit merchandise.

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and trying new restaurants.
