Michele A. Ramos

Michele A. Ramos is an employment attorney who represents employees in workplace disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage theft, and leave and accommodation violations. She is dedicated to helping employees understand their rights, navigate challenging workplace situations, and pursue justice and accountability when those rights have been violated.

Michele brings a unique perspective to her practice through years of experience defending employers in employment litigation and advising management on workplace compliance matters. Having worked closely with employers, human resources professionals, and corporate decision-makers, she understands how employment claims are investigated, evaluated, defended, and resolved. She now uses that insight to help employees anticipate employer defenses, navigate complex workplace disputes, and advocate effectively for their rights.

Throughout her legal career, Michele has handled matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and related state employment laws. Her experience includes all phases of litigation, from case investigation and discovery through depositions, motion practice, mediation, and settlement negotiations.

Michele earned her Juris Doctor from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University and her Bachelor of Science in Event Management, cum laude, from the University of Central Florida Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
