Jarian N. Lyons

Attorney

Jarian N. Lyons is a dedicated personal injury attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing clients across Florida. He focuses on cases involving car accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and defective products.

Jarian’s passion for advocacy stems from a personal loss in 2002, when his cousin died due to inadequate medical care. This experience inspired him to pursue law and fight for individuals and families harmed through no fault of their own.

He began his career in Tallahassee with a leading personal injury firm, where he handled complex and catastrophic cases including trucking accidents, police shootings, child drownings, and defective products. His investigation into the tragic death of an infant led to the Consumer Product Safety Commission’s recall of nearly one million drop-side cribs—a case that had a lasting impact on child safety nationwide.

From 2007 to 2013, Jarian led a Mass Tort Department, litigating against major pharmaceutical companies in national multidistrict litigation involving dangerous drugs such as Vioxx, Avandia, and Fosamax. From 2013 to 2025, he continued his practice in Orlando, working with two of the city’s largest personal injury firms and later founding his own practice, Lyons Legal, LLC. Throughout his career, he has helped clients secure significant financial recoveries for their injuries and losses.

Jarian is a proud graduate of Florida A&M University (BS, MS, JD) and also earned an LL.M. from Florida State University College of Law. He is active in his community as a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and as a member of the FAMU Law School Dean’s Advisory Council since 2019. Outside of the courtroom, Jarian enjoys sports, church involvement, and spending time with his wife and children.
