Nisha Desai Waranch was born in New Jersey and raised in Winter Park, Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida and received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron in 2000.
Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2000, she has specialized in Florida Workers Compensation cases. She is board certified in workers' compensation law by the Florida Bar and has been at the Annual Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Forum for the past four years.
She is a current member of the Judge William Wieland American Inns of Court and named rising star from 2012 - 2015 in the Super Lawyers publication. She is also AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. She has been a member of the Florida Bar's Standing Committee on Diversity and Inclusion and the President of the South Asian Bar Association.
Nisha currently lives in downtown Orlando with her husband Michael and four children.
